I am interested in some advice on my current diet. I did my best on fitday to put up a normal days food for me and it's pretty close.
I am 39, 5'7" tall, weighed 174lbs. this morning. I started watching what I ate and exercising about 2 months ago when I was at 192.5lbs. I work out with free weights ~ 3 times a week (BP (3x5@190) & (3x3@215), MP, DB incline press, BB curls, bent-over BB rows, nose-breakers), ab work 3 to 4 times a week (3x33 sit-ups, 4x25 reverse crunches), fast walk 20min a day minimum. I haven't started doing squats/deads yet as I haven't joined a gym yet and am doing my work-outs at a neighbors house. Once I do I plan to do an upper body push/pull split and then split legs into quads/hams-calves for a 4 day a week plan.
My fitness goals are to lose BF, gain some LBM, and increase my overall strength in the basic compound lifts.
My diet from fitday looks like this:

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

btw the only supps I take are a MV and Omega-3 fish oil (2x1000mg daily with a meal).
