Looking for some general tips on what I should be eating to lower my body fat and establish a lean cut look. I am 6-2 and weigh about 195. I am happy with my weight, but would like to add a bit more muscle and become very cut. What general types of food should I be consuming and how often per day. Feel free to post and sample diets that you use. Thanks a lot

You want to avoid sugar (including milk and some fruits) and processed wheat products (such as bread, pasta, bagels, etc). The list below is a great list to get you started...now you just need to know what to eat when...and w/ what...that's where the link above comes in ;)

chicken breast
turkey breast
fresh fish
canned tuna
canned salmon

creamed cottage cheese**

** Not all foods on this list should be used at all times...the banana for instance should only be used during a carb up and/or a bulk.
