Ok, this is my first shot at creating a diet. Its not much of a diet though... but I am dropping the calories slowly. This is what I have, and ANY help is appreciated
Its a bit more calories, than I had originaly expected, but fit day could be off a bit
Also I need help adding in my SUPER fish caps. Thanks!
