Ok so I'm 18 years old and I've been in the gym for about 2 years of serious lifting. I'm perfectly fine on the training part of my routine but I need a little extra advice/help on the dieting part. I'm currently 280 lbs., not too much fat but it's still there. My main goal is to cut and really go for that massive yet shredded look. My goal right now is to get as much done as I can within a years time.
My main question is what should my diet be like if I really want to cut. I know the general eat about 6 meals a day, make sure I get lots of protein, good fats, carbs for energy. But I don't know what to eat and when I should eat it. ex: morning, pre-workout, post-workout, before bed etc. If anyone has a decent link to all this kind of information or just good knowledge it would be most appreciated.
