I know that just a doctor may judge if I need or not but somebody that takes it or have knowledge on the subject may give me some directions.
I am not exactly depressed, sometimes I get "blue". Like everybody else.
One interesting thing that I noticed is that every time I do cardio for the next three hours I can do about anything. I feel highly motived and the good feeling is always there. I read one time that cardio spike your serotonin(neurotransmitter) levels, just like an antidepressants.
Do you get what I want ? Please, don´t suggest X.
