hey man...im 5'5 72kg and 21 years old. im a filipino. i lift seriously..its my passion. i run and i also do mma. background is jiujitsu judo and boxing. i've lifting for 4 years but i've been doing it seriously and properly for the past year. i started doing sustanon 250 2months ago..i did 500mg divided to 2 shots a week for 8weeks. i gained 10kg in the 2month peroid...unfortunately some of it was fat.

my question is...should i do a pct? clomid? i've gotten fat from my bulking (kinda disappointed with the fat on the abdominal area)...should i continue bulking for 2 more months? or should i do my cutting program now. i was thinking of doing another cycle of sustanon but now with winstrol..but i'm not sure when and how.

i live down south of the philippines man and information about these stuff comes really hard...roids are such a taboo here.

i'm really confused about what to do and i'm desperate from some GUIDANCE. im willing to learn. hope to here from you soon bigtex. THANK YOU!

You need to do research bro, you dont have any clue who this BIGTEX is btw, he could be a 12yo kid, the poilice, whatever, if I tell you something what makes you think its true, goggle, read stuff on this board, ask the Mods if your in doubt. This is bigtex FYI.

Do your own research. Ask guys that have a good reputation if you have a specific question. Or make a thread. But just show us that you have done research and tried it on your own and everyone will be more than happy to help.

No problem at all if you have a specific question and we can tell you've at least done some research. Just don't come and say "Tell me exactly what to take and I'll do it", without having any understanding of why you use an AI, why you need pct, why you should always use test etc.

i love this site, there is always someone on here that can give you great advice. I love discussing supplements and interacting with people who have the same passion. now if i could only get my wife to stop bitching at me for always being on here....
