same with me. I can sleep 12 hours and still feel like shit when i get up. I dont want to get up but it's like 12 o'clock noon and i dont want to waste the entire day sleeping.
I think the reason why i get tired is because i have school monday-friday from 7:30-2:00. I lift after school plus homework and sometimes work. It's overwhelming so that's my reason for being so tired. I don't think eating has anything to do with it.
some of it may be the quality of sleep. Many people have sleep apnia and think they sleep for 12 hours when in fact they never reach the "deep sleep" phase of the night. Because they are stirring all night they never feel rested. It is worth a look.
