I have many friends that enjoy training their Pecs, triceps and shoulders all in the same workout, cause the exercises can 'link' and alot of them worked on triceps. However, since my workout consist of heavy intensity, by the time I finish Chest and Triceps, there ain't anymore energy left for me to deliver a solid, decent Shoulder workout.
So I change my routine, and right now in Day 1, I train my Pecs and Abs, and than the very NEXT day (Day 2) than I train my Triceps and shoulders. Is this a reccommended thing to do?
