Double Stacking

I've been working out with weight training for a little over a year now and hit a road block. I'm not getting any bigger and my trainer recommends for me to do double stacking for the first time. Any recommendations of what to take?:geewhiz:

You have only been working out a little over a year? Stick with creatine for awhile first.

How the heck are you going to get advice without posting your stats? Do you think it's safe to take advice from someone who knows absolutely nothing about you? Age, weight, height, bf%, past AAS experience, medical problems, goals, etc. The more info the better.

I'm 45, 6'3", 192 lbs, no medical problems, no medications. My goal is to stay lean and get up to 225 - 230 lbs. My diet is very good and healthy.
 
eat more. you dont need steroids as a beginner.
 
Did he say what Double Stacking means, because that sounds more like an adult film than something to work through a road block in the weight room.
 
I'd suggest a test only cycle for your first run. If you are fixed on stacking it with something, a test/deca combo would be my suggestion.

500mg test enan EW 1-12

OR

500mg test enan EW 1-12
400mg deca EW 1-10

In addition to the above comments (I like 'Fire The Trainer' best!) I can tell you from experience that your joints and tendons will thank you for not starting anabolics yet. A pro who recommends AAS to you after training for only a year needs to reconsider their profession.
 
BTW are you sure he's not talking about doing supersets?
