A surveillance camera captured dramatic footage of a gunman hijacking a car and later being arrested by police in central China's Hubei Province recently. (Jan. 13)

my best friend joined the navy after i did and he ended up in Puerto Rico on a SAR team. it was so bad back in the early 90's that you didn't even have to stop at the red lights at night time. 5-10 MPH was slow enough then you kept going, cops didn't fuck with you at all.
