I would get up earlier and try to have more carbs. All your glycogen reserves are depleted because you've been fasting for the past 8 hours. Sprints can be tough and you need energy to get through them. I don't think an apple is suffice.
I did a scoop and a half of whey and an apple...did the job. Thanks, but any earlier and im going to get sick. The earliest I can get to bed is around 8:30.
