Im am forced to workout in the morning tomorrow and I will only have a 1/2 hour between waking up and working out. So what foods will digest in 1/2 hour? I was thinking of making a shake with 1 cup skim milk, a banana or two, and a scoop of whey, spoonful of coffee. I also have some of the Trader Joes Fat Free Whole Wheat Bread. I read somewhere that toasted bread digests easier. Do you think if I eat some of that bread toasted it will digest in time?

Any help is appreciated.

I think what you have is pretty good:
skim milk/yoghurt
banana
whey

You could also add something like grape juice or apple juice but I wouldn't do bread.

I use whey/oats/water pre WO for early AM training sessions
