i'm guessing that cottage cheese is even slower? or are they the same?

egg whites are metabolized very rapidly, I'd say about 30 minutes...

you are probably referring to raw egg whites, i'm assuming

this product is supposedly different..they emphasize that these are liquid "not raw" egg whites..
