i eat boiled eggs but i prefer to eat them fried( with no butter). is that ok, or does the egg lose any nutritional value?

I assume that as long as you dont overcook the egg, both seem fairly similar in nutrition. Any differences would be negligable.

what would be overcooking the egg? i poach mine but i leave them boiling for a good 10-15mins, i only eat the white and i like it to be quite dense and thick, as opposed to being light and runny, is that okay or should i take them out sooner?

I fry 2 whole and 6-8 whites

Basically, burning by means of a combustion reaction. Any reaction that produces energy in the form of heat when C3H8 reacts with O2, along with carbon dioxide gas (CO2) and water vapor (H2O).
