No fasting is not required but I decided to kill two birds with one stone with the hormone panel. I had a very slightly raised fasting glucose reading last time and I wanted to double check that this time. That's the only reason I fasted. I don't think fasting is going to affect the results of your total T while you're on cycle nearly as much as it would when you are off. Same thing goes for the time of day. I know most T-tests are supposed to be done early in the morning.
