I have tennis elbow (i think that's what it's called) which is mostly gone. I had it really bad for a couple of months, I couldn't do any bi's, tri's, or any free weights.
Here's what I did to heal it for the time being:
1. Take ibuprofen at least 400mg 3x a time and once more before your workout. You may need a bigger dose depending on your weight. Keep taking it for at least 5 days or until the pain is at a tolerable level. Also take some liver support cause most most people don't realize that is pretty bad on your liver.

2. Up your fish oil doses or if your not taking it, start doing so.

3. Look into a supp called cissus. USP Labs makes a good one.

4. Ice it multiple times a day.

5. When the pain goes down, start doing contrast therapy. 20mins Ice, 20 mins break, 20 mins heat, repeat.

6. When you have almost no pain, start exercising with light weights. Here is a good site with exercises for elbow problems:Rehabilitation for Tennis Elbow

Hope this helps. Don't ignore it like I did it and it won't turn into something nasty.

I have been ill and have not been in the gym for over a month but I also had a pain in my elbow . I use an elbow support . I also take Glucosamine , Chondroitin and Msn..one of the few supplements that actually works . Winstrol will take it's toll on joints as well . Although I have never used Deca , this is good for joints also .
Heat and ice ... but you might need some time off .

go to a sports specialist and have them do some x rays to look for the basic issues like arthritis and etc.
