Exercise suggestions for weak areas

The weakest areas on my weak physique are my shoulders, traps and hamstrings. Would some of you give me suggestions for exercises for these areas. I would list my current exercise program, but I believe in the shock principle so my routine and reps change about every 2 weeks. I just wondered if anyone had a routine for these areas that have produced really good gains. Thanks for any help. I am 54, 5'8" and about 150-155 lbs

Romanian deadlift, power cleans, overhead press

I wouldn't tell a 54 year old to do powercleans. I don't even tell 30 year olds to do them.

Romanians and glute-ham raises are good for hams.

Nothing like rack pulls for me for traps. Keep the shoulders up.

Shoulders I don't do alot of direct work, except of lately. Lateral raises, arnies, military style presses, front raises.

Now on a more important note what does your diet look like and how many calories are you eating?
