I've always put the coal on top of tin foil when I smoked sheesha. I don't think a little a CO is going to make smoking that much worse for you lol.

Smoking Sheeshe, or nargile as we call it back home, for an hour is almost same as smoking 2 packs of smokes. there was a research about it on the net but not sure if i can find it.

I own a KM hookah. You might get the same nicotine as 2 packs but not all the other junk that comes with cigs. The tobacco burns at a lower temp, indirect heat, and its tobacco and molasses. I'm by no means making a case for it to be safe, but I'd take hookah smoke over cigs anyday.

Im addicted to hookers...I mean hookas...some of the flavors are pretty damn good. I guess a lot of people dont really think about the intake of Carbon while smokin it so I think Im gonna do a search myself and read up on it.
