thanks guys. i honestly wasn't looking too into aas, i heard clen helps a lot as a thermogenic, but then again clen isnt a steroid. but about the PSMF, what type of results are you getting? is it the one by lyle mcd or the bodyopus? most of the diets call for only 2-3 workout days, it sounds a bit ludicrous to me though...
Well, you have to first consider the
purpose of the workout(s). In the case of PSMF, the objective of the workout is to maintain LBM...
THAT'S IT. No gains, no growth (or minimal for the average lifter
if any) it is all about losing fat.....and it works.

I recommend that you read the FAQ's and stickies first before asking any questions....otherwise, Lyle will direct you to one of the articles I mentioned, tell you to read the book, or otherwise respond in a less than warm and fuzzy manner.
IF you decide to do PSMF/RFL....a couple of things.
1.)READ the book.
2.)Plan to exercise
complete self discipline....I mean, crazy, you'll want to kill people (initially), ultra-strict, no nonsense discipline.
3.)Follow the diet and workouts AS WRITTEN. Your results will depend on this.
