I've been lifting for about 2 months now consistently and I have seen some changes in my chest and arms. I was just wondering about my stomach. I have a little fat on my stomach, not much, but I can pinch it. I was wondering if ab exercises (crunches, etc) would get rid of the fat, or should I run and do other cardio to lose it. Also if I do cardio, will it affect my muscle gain in a negative way?
