Preworkout- On whey
Postworkout-On whey

Meal 1-oats, egg whites

Snack-- veggies /casien shake

meal 2- tuna fish on wheat w/ mustard/green apple

snack glass of milk/veggies

meal 3 veggies/lean protein(chicken breast)

meak 4- 1/2 a protein bar

meal 5- casein shake w/ teaspoon of peanutbutter
