Favourite leg work out routines

If you have the spare time care to share your favourite routine from the min you walk in till the min you leave on leg day?
 
Leg Ext warm up - 2 sets of 20-30
Squats - 5 sets of 8-12
Calf Raise - 3 sets of 20
Ham Curl- 3 sets of 8-12
Leg ext cool down - 2 sets of 20-30

I work out at home or I'd use the leg press instead of leg extension. And I do SLDL on back day.
 
Warmup (most important part)
Leg Press (3x12) or hack squat
Front Squat (3x10-12) with bar or holding 1 heavy dumbell and alternate hands on each rep
Walking Lunges (3sets taking 20 steps each)
Leg Curl (3 sets of 10 + 3 negatives at the end of each set) I know it's bad on your knees; I like them
Ham Curl (3 sets of 10 + 3 negatives at the end of each set)
Calf Raises (1 set 50 fast, 2nd set 20 slow, 3rd set until fail)
Tread Mill (3 miles in less than 30 minutes)

Hack Squats
Cybex Plate Loaded Leg Press

Hams-
Lying Leg Curl
Seated Leg Curl
Standing Leg Curl
Stiff leg dead lidts
Quarter Rack Deads
 
Leg press (45 degree).

I alternate the position of my feet when doing squat, leg press and hack squat, close vs wide stance

nice, im not a fan of squatting with a dumbell tho and cardio ive never really done much in my life think il start doing more when after this winter.

decent! love it mate brutal when done correctly.. pretty much the same as mine i had 3 leg machines and power rack at my old gym my new gym is good its really lit the fire again lol could barely walk 2 days after doing legs there love it!!

that doms feeling its right up there with sex and money :)

2 sets of explosive plyometric jumping
2 sets of leg extensions (fractionated, sort of like 21's for the biceps)

3 sets of calf raises seated (10-12 reps)
3 sets of barbell calf raises (8-12 reps)
3 sets of calf raises on the leg press machine (10-12 reps)

Hams are done on back day
 
I'm so stiff, it hurts like hell to use a barbell for squats. previous motorcycle crash left me with a stiff right shoulder.
I hold the bar in front of my chest and do squats.
The hack squat rack is so much easier for me but I try to alternate both.
Honestly I hate working out legs so I motivate myself by making it my cheat food day. I'll passify my weekly craving after leg workout

think il seperate my leg muscles when i have put on a lot more mass on my legs so yeah wont be doing that for a while lol

and u mean romanian deadlifts?

they look complicated i always feel like im just doing a normal deadlift...

il stick to stiff leg deads for hams does the job none of that fancy shit
 
anything in huge sets. my legs do not seem to respond to heavy weight hammering. 100 rep hack squats followed 50 rep front squats followed by leg extentions to failure. nothing heavy at all.
