Hey there guys,

Im new to the forums but have been reading some of the amazing material here for a little while now. It's pretty awesome to see the knowledge of some guys here on the site and it's definitely helped me understand a lot of things when it comes to Anabolic Steroids.

Anyway, My question is the following:

Im not quite ready to go to the needles yet. Its something im working on :) but i would like to know how effective are the oral steroids in comparison to the injected ones. Ive been reading about them but can't seem to get a good solid foundation on the subject. Im thinking about starting a cycle soon but im not quite sure where to start just yet. I rather be over informed then not informed at all.

Also any suggestions for an Oral Starter Cycle?

1) Age - 26
2) Weight and Percent BodyFat - 160 - 18% (I believe) 5'9"
3) Years of Consistant Training experience - 3
4) Previous Cycle experience - None
5) Training routine and Diet - 5 days week workout./ Lean high protein diet about 2000 Calories a day.
6) Cycle Goals - Bulk up first / Cut up later.

Thanks a lot in advance guys.

Hit the brake. You want to bulk up yet you only intake 2000 cals a day. You really need to fix your diet before moving on.

I would double your caloric intake and try to drop your BF naturally first. When you say high protein, how many grams a day? Can you show us an example of your diet?

There are oral programs that have proven results, but they contain greater risks than injectable versions. The primary reason being that you can cause some liver (and other organs) damage and or perhaps some permanent scarring. Good luck!

I would LOSE weight on 2000 calories a day, and I'm a middle-aged woman who weighs under a buck forty.

You're not eating enough.

You're right. I come at fault here. I was trying to bulk up and suddenly decided to start lowering my body fat. However kept some of the habits and and started new ones.

Well i started taking a lot less calories and carbs a day ( in order to lower the body fat) but kept the high protein (about 160g per day). I decided i wanted to see my abs before i ventured and put on more muscle. That's when i decided to look into anabolic steroids. I guess that left me with a messed up died and a double focus diet/workout plan. Which didn't get me one or the other.

If i continue doing what im doing now, then id like to cut up. I think im not too far on my body fat before i can actually see abs. I just need to focus a bit more on my cardio which i tend to skip sometimes.

On a nutshell my diet consists of:

Breakfast - 1 whole egg + 3 egg whites + a Glass of V8
Mid Morning Snack - Low fat yogurt
Lunch - Chicken Breast or Salmon with Greens
Afternoon Snack - Usually almonds
Post workout - Protein Shake (60g protein) OR sometimes just half (30g Protein)
Dinner - Lean Meat or Salad OR the other half of the protein shake from earlier if i only took half.

As far as Oral programs, im not really looking to face greater risks. Injections way to go?

If you want to bulk up you're going to have to eat a lot more, steroids or not. Whether you're on a cycle or bulking naturally the energy to synthesize new tissue has to come from somewhere.

A tablet that weighs milligrams doesn't translate into pounds of new muscle tissue on it's own.

If you weigh 160 lbs., you want to intake A LOT MORE protein, as well as cals. 160gr of protein a day is not enough for someone who weighs 160 lbs. General rule of thumb is that you want to take 1.5-2gr of protein per pound. So, you should be taking between 240gr and 320gr a day. You should double up on both your caloric intake as well as your protein intake.

18% bf is too high, IMHO. Like I said, double up on your diet and try to cut your BF in half before experimenting with AAS. And when/if that time comes, you want to take the injectible path. Much safer. Now go eat! :thumb:

My boy, As my above frndz saying First higher up ur calories and protein in take, cuz without proper diet anabolic steroids will not do any good for u… with poor diet when ur cycling u will see some gain and after ur cycle is complete down u go to zero.. So first educate Ur self do some research as much as u can cuz bodybuilding is a mind game specially in natural diet..

Go with Victor{Bro} listen what he is telling u.:)

And for oral AAS u don’t got much choices here buddy cuz here r only 3 or 4 oral that u gona find in AAS world and in inject able 9 or 10 maybe more, sooner or later u have to come on syringes and inject able r more safer and faster then oral anabolic steroids.

Ur fear about syringes gona cost ur liver and other organs only by running 1 or 2 cycle so y putting ur health in danger.:finger:

Be safe…

That is not a bodybuilding diet and needs to be changed before you consider anything.

Thanks guys for all the replies. Okay so now i obviously know where i stand with my diet. However the problem is that im trying to cut down on my body fat. I can almost see my abs.. lol and i would like to keep trying to lower it to the point where i can see them. However, i tend to put weight on very easily and im a bit skeptical on intaking about 3200 calories(about 20 calories per pound) a day even with the hard work out routine i have.

At this point i assume that it would be safe for me to have that(~3200) calorie intake as long as it's composed of low fat/lean products correct? That and combined with my workout routine + protein intake i should see muscle gain and steady decrease on my body fat?

I love the idea of putting muscle but im also really concerned with the idea of being cut and in great shape.

To correct my BF% - I measured it and its 13%. :)

Thanks again all!

Low fat or not, if you eat more food than you require, you will gain weight. If you gain too fast, too much of it will be fat.

I cut on a high-fat diet. It's all about the calories.

You cant loose fat and gain muscle mass at the same time. Choose one or the other.

Its very simple:
above maintanence calories = weight gain
below maintanence calories = weight loss

If I were you I would keep dropping BF untill your satisfied with your BF level then increase calories and gain weight slowly while keeping your BF under control.

And dont get caught up in this low fat, low carb crap. We need a balanced diet containing fats, carbs and protein. As long as nothing is in excess, you will be fine.
