Figuring this diet thing out.......

So I've been tired at my workouts after the first body part. So I thought this diet thing through a bit and attacked it this way. For my 2:30 meal I had some chopped up cantalope and pineapple, as well as a yogurt. So good sugars there, and I had some lasagna at 11:30 so complex carbs mid-day for energy. On the way to the workout, I drank a zero carb rockstar.

When I got there I didn't feel any different at first, then I noticed I was doing more weight and after my back, I went on to shoulders and was still full of energy and moving more weight than normal. Dumbell flys were huge for me today I was stoked. Kept to good form and did 20lbx12rep, 25lbx8, and 30lbx6. Good form on every one and clean. I know thats not huge for most on here, but it is damn good for me.

So after today I have to say I am a believer in this proper diet and eating clean business. I also broke past the 240 barrier and weighed in at 239lb today, I was 257lb five weeks ago. Thank you Iron Magazine, you all have given me the tools to get this far and the help of my good friend National Body Building champ Steve Kuclo. A good guy to have in your corner for sure.
 
No kidding. Wow diet is by far the best to! Just using the no carb huh? Not to bad either, but diet is superior.
 
I can't seem to locate the diet, believe it or not.
