FIRST OFF I WANT TO APOLOGIZE FOR MY LACK OF POSTING. IVE HAD IT WROTE IN MY JOURNAL BUT MY HEALTH SENT INTO THE HOSPITAL AGAIN AND THEN FOUND OUT A DEAR FRIEND KILLED HERSELF. MUSCLE GROUP TRAINED: CHEST
As you all know chest has never been my favorite to train, so I have finally decided to spice it up and change my routine. I'm doing a mixture of heavy low rep range to start off and then the remaining exercises are more of a medium weight high volume with only 30second pauses between sets. So far the prop Tren and masteron have been keeping me great despite my intestinal issues from surgery that have set me back. I also say the hgh is helping too as well. So for chest I decided to do less incline and focus more on flat for a few weeks. I start off doing flat bar bench for 5 sets then I move to arms straight out cable flys then move to incline smith machine press with static pause for 3seconds then bring down super slow. Mind you, everything besides the flat bench at the beggining is all medium weight high volumes. I am doing a minimum 4set per exercise but mainly 5sets. So this is what my workout looked like today.
FLAT BENCH: 135x15, 225x10, 315x6, 385x5, 425x4, 455x3
STRAIGHT OUT CABLE FLY: it's a dual pulley so the weight could be different than yours but I set it at 30x15, 35x15, 30x15, 40x8 drop set to 25x21.
INCLINE SMITH MACHINE: 185x21, 255x15, 255x12, 285x9, 185x19
FLAT DB FLYS: 40x15, 45x15, 55x12, 65x10, 70x8
I can really feel the endurance building back in my muscles I definitely don't get the Tren fatigue some people get but I will say it does make me sluggish during the day. The HGH is by far the best I've ever run. I has my skin so damned tight and grainy it's insane. I also contribute that to the mix of Tren and masteron. I've changed the dosing a bit on the Tren and mast. I pin every day 150mg prop but every other day I mix it from 100 to 150 with the masteron and when I'm at 100 with the mast I'm at 75 with Tren and when I'm 150 with mast I'm at 100 with Tren. Masteron really works wonders on keeping gyno away and also acts as an estrogen blocker which is freaking amazing. Helps me out greatly. And the prop, it it so super smooth. The hgh has greatly helped my back injuries while also putting on size and lean gains. I've upped it to 5iu a day and I can definitely feel it. When I'm finished tonight catching up,I have progress pics to up load with dates that you can really tell what Euro pharms quality is all about. Also have some good ab/core videos to upload if someone could help me upload videos.
By the end of catching up I will tell you how changing my routine has greatly helped My gains. I believe that every 3weeks or so you should change up a bit so u don't become complacent and you always are keeping your muscles firing. And also, taking days off really helps as well as long as you maintain your diet. There's no point in overworking your body. If you have solid nutrition and supplements, days off will only help you out even more.
