First cycle suggestions welcome

Hi all I am very new here and I need some advice please. Please bear with me as I am new to this and have a lot to learn. First here are some details about me.

Height: 177cm
Weight: 160lbs

I have been training constantly now for 6 months and when I started I was 145lbs. I am looking to start a mass gaining cycle but not really sure what to take. I have a course of Anadrol (Oxys) to take. I have never taken anything before only just stuck with a really good diet with supplements. Supplement wise I have:

Serious Mass
Casein protein
Whey Protein
Animal Test (haven't started yet)

Even though I have some Anadrol to take I would still like peoples advice on what I should do to start with in case I should be doing things differently. Not really sure whether to take oral or injectables.

Stay away from Oral only cycles...you'll have to take ALOT of pills for any real results and that will be hell on your liver...first how old are you? if you are in your early 20's then you don't need juice, a good diet and keep weight training your body will produce enough test naturally on its own...If you still insist on making a purchase, do a TEST ONLY cycle for about 6-8 weeks with a good PCT after.That way if there are any side effects you'll know where they come from.

truth is.. some guys, despite the fact that they are in their youth, should be on trt because their natural test is in the low 200's (seen it alot actually)



but a test-only first cycle with a solid AI and pct protocol is generally standard procedure yes..

I only had a thought of doing it but from the reactions in here I now know that this is not a good idea especially at my weight. Only reason I ask is because of people my age who are much shorter and same weight as me are now doing it. Suppose you get a lot of the younger lot getting on the juice and not knowing what they are doing. This is why I was going to try the pills. I have bought some great products to counter the toxics on your liver such as Milk Thistles etc.

I appreciate the replies and yes maybe I should wait till I put on a lot more size and then maybe consider a test only cycle.

BTW I am 21 years old.

for what it's worth, i did my first cycle at age 20, but i was 5'9, 210 at the time, and quite strong
 
The big thing with Anadrol is well it is a wrecking ball basically in the AAS world. One of my favorite anabolic steriods and will gain 80lbs on all major lifts in a week on it. However, using it alone will net you all most no legit kept gains. I stack it with allot of other shit that would be way to much for you. The other issue with drol is you have to eat like a mother fucker to get those gains. They dont just come from taking a protein and going to the gym. I eat over 400 carbs, 350 grams over protein and 4k calories when I am on drol and the big problem is Adrol surpresses my appitite so I need EQ. I hope you get where I am going with this one. I have nothing against young guys doing gear as long as you do it right and are ready for it.

First get your diet on point, you should be on an eating reginmen that is strict and be able to get all your macros through out the day. My cutting diet honestly is probably more then you eat in a day, not to be rude. Also food is better for you then any drink you can slam down. I use my drinks as a post workout and quick grab between hours, but always eat some thing solid with them like almonds or peanut butter. I was watching a youtube channel that was actually interesting and they explained if you eat a meal it takes your body 20 cals to digest your food. So if your eating 6 meals a day then thats 120 cals a day your burning just from eating. If your below or at maintence then thats fat your losing just from eating alone.

So this is what I would do, you can easily pac on another 15-20 lbs naturally with food. Get on a strict food diet, I am talking about 5 eggs and a half cup of whites for breakfast w/ oats. 8 oz of chicken with brown rice and salad for lunch steak and carbs for dinner and throw your drinks inbetween, with additional carbs like ezekial bread, brown rice, or oats. Should be eating clean carbs with every meal. That will bulk you FAST!! Faster then that drol will with no diet.

Then once you get that down, get on some test e at 500mg a week for 8 weeks and finish with nolvadex. then wait 12 weeks and maybe do another test and 20 mg dbol.
 
Thank you very much for the advice thats a great help. You're right I am on a good diet however it needs to be more and strict. At the moment my daily diet routine would look something like this.

Breakfast: h/cup of oats. 4 eggs (scrambled)

Serious mass gainer

Lunch: Chicken breast, brown rice, broccoli

banana, apple. mass gainer

Workout

Post workout whey protein

Dinner: steak, potatoes, vegetables

Casein protein just before bed.
 
Need more carbs.. also more protein for breakfast. thats only 24grams from those eggs. I would mix in egg whites, save your money on the mass gainer those are a waste, just buy a whey protein, get oatmeal and peanut butter or olive oil. I would be eating some form of carb with every meal. It looks like the majority of your macros is coming in liquid form. I would try to eat more solid food.

Meal 1: 4 eggs 5 ounces of egg whites/cup of oats
Meal 2: Protein, half cup of almonds, brown rice
Meal 3: Chicken, Brown Rice/white is also fine if your bulking, green veggi
Meal 4: Protein half cup of almonds, brown rice
Meal 5: Steak, Fatty Fish, sweet potatoe or yam, green veggis
Meal 6: Protein and olive oil

Great advice much appreciated thanks. When I finish these mass gainers I shall say goodbye to those and not buy anymore thanks for warning me.
 
it takes a bit more work to do it for your self as in the mass gainers, but its easier on your pocket. dont buy into the supplement advertismenet world all those big time guys some of them just eat food and no powders.
 
Nice to see you listening to solid advice. Learn to eat and train to grow before you take that step.
 
Totally agree with Jay steel plus...YOU HAVE ONLY BEEN TRAINING FOR 6 MONTHS I mean come on man! Get some time under you belt before you start juicing. Learn how to lift right/correctly, learn about diet, then come back and learn about gear in a year or two.
