My husband finally talked me into starting a cycle. We've been talking about it for months now, but I've been too scared to get a needle in my ass (or anywhere else). TODAY I said "Let's do it!"
Primo 25mg/twice a week for 10 weeks.
Goals: Slim down while keeping muscle. Currently tipping the scales at 145 5'4" 24.6% BF
Exercise: Have been unable to excercise since the end of November. Just started to jog or do HIIT's, unable to lift weights until the doctor gives me permission. Can't wait!!!
Diet: Going to start cutting carbs and increase protein intake.
Other Supplements/Drugs: T3 50mg/day, Clen cycle between 20-80mcg (depends where I'm at in the cycle)
Will keep you updated weekly. Any suggestions or comments for the experienced will be greatly appreciated.
