I have just started my first ph cycle and for this I will be running p-mag at 50mg for 30 days. I will also be running cel cycle assist and cel pct.
I have already started pre-loading the cycle assist and on Wednesday I start on the p-mag.
I am just cumming of a 20 week cut and my diet is currently 2100 to 2200 cals a day maintenance. I plan to increase to 2800 when I start the p-mag. I will be aiming for 200g pro, 100g fat and 275 carbs, broken down into 5 meals a day.
My current weight is 166lb at 14% body fat, height 5ft 8" and age 36.
After 20 weeks of dieting I feel a little flat and I think the ph will give me a real boost and I cant weight to start eating a little more. The diet I have designed is built around clean foods although I will allow a cheat day every week or two.
I was unsure as to my need for nolvadex. I don't know if I should get some just in case or if I would be fine with the pct. I was only thinking this as I will be on a low dose of p-mag. Any one got any ideas / sergestions.
I can post my diet if any one wants to offer a view or advise.
