First Tren Cycle :)

Hey Guys,

Will be starting my First Test E and Tren E Cycle as of next monday.

Age: 27

Height: 5,11

Weight: 90Kgs

BF %: 15%

Training: 10 + Years Experience on and off. Solid 3 years straight now 6 days a week. Also now training each body part twice a week. Been doing this for 2 months now.

Previous Cycles - Only Test E x 2 @ 600mg p/w. Both where 12 week cycles.

Layout :

Week 1 - 12 : 300mg Test E x 2 P/W
Week 1 - 10 : 200mg Tren E x 2 P/W
Week 1 - 4 : 30mg Dbol ED Split 10mg Morning/Miday/Afternoon
Week 1 - 12 : Adex .5 Eod
Week 3 - 12 : HcG 250iu's x 2 P/W
Week 1 - 12 : Caber .5 x 2 P/W
Week 4 - 6 : Clen 40,40,60,60,80,80,100,100,120,120,120,120,120,120
Week 10 - 12 : Clen 120,120,120,120,120,120,100,100,80,80,60,60,40,40

Week 14 - 18 Pct : Nolva - 40,20,20,20

Monday Evening - Chest/Cardio
Tuesday Morning - Back
Tuesday Evening - Shoulders/Cardio

2 Scoop ? Max?s ? Wpi Protein = 218 Cals, 54G Protein
100g oats = 246 Cals , 66.2 Carbs, 17.3g Protein
Half Banana, = 53 Cals, 13.7g Carbs
10grams Almonds = 57 Cals, 5g Fat, 2.1 g Protein

Meal 2

200 Grams Chicken = 220 Cal,2.5g Fat,46.2g Protein
100 Grams Sweet Potatoe = 76 Cals, 17.7 Carbs, 1.4g Protein
100 Grams Broc = 35 Cal,7.2g Carbs, 2.4G Protein

Meal 3

200 Grams Chicken = 220 Cal,2.5g Fat,46.2g Protein
100 Grams Broc = 35 Cal,7.2g Carbs, 2.4G Protein
20Grams Almonds = 115 Cals, 10.1g Fat, Protein 4.3g.

Meal 4 ? Pre Work Out

Total Cal Intake is roughly : 2360 Per Day, Protein - 355, Fats - 39.6, Carbs - 181.5

If theres Anything ive missed please let me know. Also would like some input on to other peoples experience with Tren E, Only thing that would concern me would be the Insomnia.
 
Looks solid but myself I did not like tren at all. The gains were great but I felt like a coiled spring ready to pounce on anyone. The sweats are bad too. Some may tolerate it better than others. Good luck

So you had a lot of aggression from the tren? I don't think the sweats would bother me personally. Main concern is the Insomnia. Did you get any?

I like EQ more than tren. Same gains less sides.

Yeah ive never tried EQ before, maybe in the future :). Think im gonna drop the clean throughout the cycle and introduce it through the pct weeks instead. Clen can bring on Insomnia as well, would prefer to minimize it as much as i can.
 
adex can raise the cholesterol levels try exemestane instead
