I could care less what crazy expectations they have from this gym. If the gym said they could uphold these expectations and didn't deliver, then shame on them. I used to work in membership sales at a gym. People get bullshitted all the time; I never bullshitted a single person, which is why I sucked at the job. I fucking hate this behavior, but it is practically standard practice at a lot of gyms.
