See what you guy's think about these. I have been doing flat,incline,decline barbell work for chest the last prob. 2 months and still have been seeing gains every week and have not hit a platue yet but decided tonight to do a "all dumbell" chest workout. I really liked it and felt really strong. Figured it would be good to see too because I have been second guessing my left side strength and I proved to myself that it is up to par and equally as strong as left or right reached failure at the the same points. Do you think I should stay with dumbell work on chest days for a few weeks and see if it helps my flat or go back to flat next week and just throw in some dumbell work every now and then? I am leaning towards trying it for a few weeks b/c it felt really good and strong and think it will help build some stregth on chest days. BTW, I am mainly focusing on powerlifting and bench press for a up-coming contest in March. Later Nate
