What am I gonna do?? Just eat in class?? How is this gonna workout?? School ruining all my gains?
 
DO NOT WORRY!

I always, as a last resort, carry beef jerky around, a shaker of protein powder, or those damn awful tasting protein bars. MILK MILK MILK. No stress.
 
just fucken eat in class.. or else, say you need to shit, and then eat either in the toilet or on the way to the toilet...

Food that is your friend:
Protein shake.... keep powder and just add water or milk
tuna in a tin/bowl/tuppaware.... just down it...
home made protein bars
beef jerky/low fat salami/ cured meat products..
just drink heaps of milk... you are young and apparently bulking.. milk is great
make sandwiches on whole weat/pita/tortillas... just add heaps of meat for protein...

dont winge... fucken everyone has this problem.. wether it be at work or school etc.. most people manage.

Yes it is relevant! you can figure out when to eat during breaks and when school starts and ends to see how many hours you are going without food and how to solve that problem!

I dont know how easy this would be, But I just bought a bunch of those tuna can/packages with the crackers and some relish. they are great I can now eat four times while I work, with just one lunch break

SL had a good idea, You can put the can of tuna and the package of crackers in your pocket, sit on the shitter and eat.

The milk is a great idea though its hard to drink warm, but I dont mind warm chocolate milk, buy a couple at lunch and there you go. They also kinda fit in you pocket.
 
if you get UHT milk then there is no problem with refrigeration issues....

you could even mix the uht milk with the protein powder to have a total meal replacement..

Bring protein shakes with you in class. In a blend mix up some natty pb, oats and protein and you got a good MRP.

Looks like it's time to start cracking out the whip in this forum again! Too many people out of control and too many people giving out bad advice in here. I'm sorry Emma and P that I haven't been here to help. I work about 70 hours a week these days.
 
I woulnd't suggest using milk in your shakes if you don't have a cooler for them.
 
Grind your oats up in a coffee grinder, mix that with some milk protein isolate, and down a couple of fish oil caps, you be good to go!

On another note, I bring one of those "Playmate" coolers, made by igloo. My gf got it for me, lol.
 
I dont have any oats, would cheerios be considered oats?? I eat them when I have them and also wheaties. They look good for meh :)

As jodi said - probably not a good idea if it is hot..

OR - take a little UHT/long life skim milk carton/popper and use that... Or you also just add a scoop of dry milk powder.

look dont get caught up in details of it all. Just make sure your training intensively and getting adequate rest and protein. I usually dont bother with eating complex carbs all the time and im gaining well. Check out my new journal :)
