Does anyone else love the food network. I like Good Eats with Alton Brown; lots of good info. he really goes into the science behind the cooking. I also have a secret crush on Giada, the Italian girl, shes fine.

I watch the food network all the time. Although, now I can only try most of the recipies on cheat days. Alton Brown's show is really good and informative. His way of cooking a ribeye is by far the best I've ever tried. I get pretty annoyed with Giada's perma- . Food 911 is another I like.

You guys are crazy....Rachel Ray is SOOO annoying, sometimes I want to puch her in the gut . Giada is also much hotter than her.
I also like IRON CHEF, although the original Japanese or Chinese (I'm not sure) version was much better than the American one.

Yeah I like Iron Chef too. Gotta love those voice overs and they made some crazy stuff on that show. I don't like Giada cause she's always got that fake smile and if you look at her, her head looks humongous compared to her body, she looks like a bobble head doll.

hah...and I thought I was the only one who watches food network all the time! I gotta agree that Giada is pretty bomb and i'd like to kick rachel ray in the head on 30 minute meals. Def like the old school Iron Chef and not sure if any of you guys have watched the show "A Cooks Tour". The guy on that show goes all over the world and eats the nastiest stuff he can find.

I'm also glad to find out I'm not the only one addicted to Food Network....my friends don't understand. I thought maybe fellow fitness enthusiasts would appreciate this thread.

Unwrapped gets annoying really quick via guy from Double Dare...whats his name? Good Eats is great though...so informative....I remember one episode he went through the entire process of making your own badass beer.

AB is the man. I was a little disappointed in the breakdown of the protein bars he made, but who else takes the time to educate the masses on why most of them are crap and what the numbers really mean?
