From Low carb diet to Paleo

Is it possible that I gain temporary weight from eating the "unlimited" fruit allowed on my plan when switching to The Paleo Diet after being on an ultra-low-carb diet? :wits:


Does anyone here knows the facts behind this? Or can anyone recommend me a book that explain everything regarding ultra low carb diet and paleo diet? Thanks..
 
Oh, thanks for the response. What fruits should I eat that don't contain too much calories?

Look for fruits with low glycemic loads (not to be confused with glycemic index) - such as watermelon.

Oh, thanks, well at least I know I am on the right track. I love watermelon and I frequently make it as smoothies. But how about cantaloupe and avocado? What do you think about them?
