Thats the first thing I thought. I dont know whats more impressive, the perfect form he had or the fact that he can hold up that much weight on a front squat. Either way, he's a straight beast

I'd say the ease which he performs the exercise is as impressive as the weight itself. He leans forward slightly on the second rep, but hell, it is almost 700 pounds! Great video.
 
JFC! He wasn't even wearing a cheat suit! That's insane. I've done 675, but never 685! Insane. I just wish they didn't have to add in the stupid death metal as if that somehow makes the vid more entertaining. What's the deal with powerlifting and that stupid ass music anywho?
