I dont have much time for cooking because of my work schedule. Frozen dinners would be the most convinent way for me to get a quick meal in.

Healthy Choice frozen foods range per serving...

250-330 calories
5-9g total fat
30-40mg cholesterol
500-600mg sodium
25-40g total carbs
0-600mg potassium
4-9g dietary fiber
4-6g sugar
20-33g protien

Would you consider this a good route to go?

healthy choice is utter garbage, but so are 99% of all microwaveable dinners. look at the list of ingredients on those things there must be 50 ingredients, they are full of additives and preservatives which effect how foods are digest and utilized.

typically the shorter the list of ingredients on a food item the less processed it is and the more nutritious and healthy it is for you...

nobody is that busy where you can not take a couple hours on a certain day of the week to use for cooking your food for the upcoming week. remember you are what you eat...

like LAM said, just cook ahead of time and invest in some tupperware

Ya, that would probably be faster than the microwave (though i am a slae to the Shrimp Bowls they have...)

I will BBQ 4-6 pounds of chicken breasts on Sunday; pack in tupperware; store in the frig. Lasts me most of the week. There is also non-fat cottage cheese that you can dish out just about any time.
