I was just wondering if you guys have noticed better results when cutting fruit out of you diet during a cutting cycle. I keep hearing conflicting advice on this. Can someone please clear this up for me?

Really? Do all simple carbs fill liver glycogen?Jodi said:No, I think some fruit is needed because fructose fills liver glycogen and complex carbs fill muscle glycogen.
Firstly, no, not all 'simple sugars' fill liver glycogen (eg: glucose).XcelKrush said:Really? Do all simple carbs fill liver glycogen?
Actually glucose will fill liver gylcogen. So you don't actually need fruit for the above. I would however keep it in your nutritional program due to the vits/minerals that various fruits posess.Jodi said:No, I think some fruit is needed because fructose fills liver glycogen and complex carbs fill muscle glycogen.
