I know everyone always talks about genetics as having a huge impact on how far you can get with your training, and how easy or hard it can make things.
Lets say that my brother can put on muscle just by thinking about it. It's extremely easy for him. Does this automatically mean that i have the same potential as he does? Or am i way off on that one?
