Looks like the problem has been fixed. The e-mails I received on Sept. 5 were sent by mistake and apparently, the 2nd part of my order was just collecting dust until I started this thread and pm'd doublewide. Otherwise, it never would have been shipped. Nothing was done to make up for the mistake other than shipping what was originally ordered more than a month ago.

Needless to say, just like saney and others here, I will be going elsewhere for future orders. Never had any problems there.
