Anyone have anything I can help you with in bodybuilding be glad too. Some things are just too silly.

I've seen lots of bad advise given on lots of sites by folks that call themselfs experts so also research for yourself. Don't just blindly trust.

Heck take my advise with a grain of salt, all I can tell you is what worked for me and allowed me to win 11 shows.

Good to have you here, cause we all know that what works for one guy isn't always gonna always work for the next.

Myself, I've been lifting for about 17 years, (since I was 14), off and on but steady for the last 3 years now and I've found plenty of help on boards like this one but I still have never found "ONE" persons ideas work for everyone.
