glutamine vs Arginine

Glutamine: helps the muscle recover from hard workouts. It also helps your inmune system and gives you a boost at working out.

Arginine: Helps you in recovering from worktous, helps your inmune system, helps you sexually, and helps you increase in muscle size by sinthesizing your muscle cells. Its not made by the body so only get it in certain food like peanuts, grains etc...

question: Which of these product will be more beneficial for me at trying to increase muscle mass?
 
both of them are only amino acids. neither one is going to have any real effect unless your diet is squared away.

but from the cost perspective. arginine is much more affordable. glutamine really needs to be take in 10 gram doses, so it can be very costly to use it. you can easily use 40 grams of glutamine a day which will put a hurting on your wallet. with arginine you can use 6-10 grams a day.

Neither are going to be hugely beneficial... I would not waste my money on either of them...

Stick to the basics:
Eat.
Train.
Rest.

The rest is not necessary.
