two quick questions
1) playing golf a few years back i pulled the muscles in my back just below my shoulder blades (stupidly not warming up twice and pulling each side on differant occasions...yes i know twat!) Anyway the problem is that if its cold and even thou i warm up loads now i can still feel it being a bit sore and feel that i need to strengthen them to stop them from straining, pulling tearing etc. So anyone got any ideas?
2) secondly which area of the body should i be concentrating more to help my swing?
feel free to answer with comedical answers but some serious ones would be nice as well
