Aloha,
i have finally decided to bulk up, my current weight is 178pounds 13% body fat.
i want to add about 20 pounds of muscle and then try and get back to my 13% body fat for a aslightly more musclular physique.
Has anyone out there got any workouts they recommend i follow which helped for them that i could use. i was thinking of maybe the LL Cool J book but limit the cardio he does in the book.
the workouts change every 2 or 3 weeks and through a strenght phase. i also have the mensfitness book which bases its concept on not training to failure but until your technique fails in someway.
Any ideas are much appreciated. i am intermediate.
