Anyone have good results without benching? What exercises? I've read interviews with 2 pros. One said military isn't important for good shoulders (I don't believe that). The other said bench is overated for chest development.....hmm.

Cable Cross works rather well. Its also
very good when you need a quick pump

I like decline dumbell presses, and, incline
dumbell presses.
However, if you want to eliminate a bench
alltogether..........Cable Cross.
