not sure how to begin aside saying hello and that my goals are about the same as everyone elses here. to get fit strong and do what I hope I will come to enjoy instead of avoiding .. working out!! Oh as for my nick.. dont let it fool you .. I am female and the fred part is a carry over from my kid's sense of humor.. as it goes.. I was being 'mom'd to death one day while on a very long car trip.. and made the comment .. next one that calls me 'mom' is going to be in trouble.. after five min of incredible silence.. my son looks over at me and says.. um so Fred.. when do we get to stop for lunch... and history was made.. now when they want to get me to laugh.. they will call me 'Fred' .. gotta love them !
abit about myself.. well lets see. I am five four . weigh about.. 198. at last count.. lowest I hit was 168.. and I hope to hit even lower then that but my true goal is to tone and increase my flexablity and strength while develvolpeming a clean strong lean look.. something I admire in others
