I found ground chicken the other day in the grocery store, I had only found ground turkey until now. This opened up a whole new easy way to get tons of protein for me. Leftovers taste awesome cold too.
Here's what I have been doing to prepare it.
1lb. of ground chicken
bunch of onions and celery cut up
season with tumeric/curry/garlic powder, or whatever you like
cook everything up stovetop -I use olive oil to cook in
add shredded cabbage in a cleared out spot in the pan
sautee it until browned a little- eat it
Just thought I would share as I always look for alternate meals when I get sick of the same all of the time.

Has it been around for a long time and I just came out from underneath my rock and found it? Either way, the shits good.

ground chicken isn't new but stores don't have it advertised very well lol. Glad to see people are looking where they should!

Have to look around for ground chicken. That will renew my interest in chicken.

i actually used to ground my own chicken breasts in a food porcessor and it worked out pretty well, you can even season it while doin it so the flavor is like deep in the chicken. breasts with skin on make the best gand juiceist ground chicken and can be used for chickenloafs and burgers but it will pack in more cals then the skinless ground chicken breasts
