Hi all, not been on the forums for a while but I will be posting a bit of a journal soon. One thing you may be able to help with is a rough guide to my body fat percentage.
I have some calipers & seem to get an average reading of 13-15%, I have posted a recent pic below if anyone can give me an estimate from that!
