I need some guidance before I start my journal.

I am 5'11
199
20% BF
32 years old.
No health problems.
I am the guy with abs showing through but love handles like a fucking muffin top.

2 years ago this time I was pushing 240 playing world of warcraft like that dude on southpark. Stagnant lifestyle, doc told me I was ruining my body that was the turning point for me.

I shed a shitload of weight in year one down to 210 and then have pushed down to 190 at my best (was during a 2 week long hockey tournament no real workouts aside from 12 hockey games 1 every other day)

I have done all the pre-work to get to where I can now really push myself physically. (7:28 miles on a 6 mile trek) consistently doing the cardio ready to do the weights.
I play Adult League Hockey in the highest division once a week.
More than anything I want to transform my body - which is still soft.

I was browsing around looking for an example and this dude is where I want to be.
Lean and Ripped.

Things to know about me:
I can diet like a madman even forever. No allergies. Take direction well and know how to use weights properly (was a college athlete - Hockey)
I have a budget for supplements as long as they are worthwhile.
Hockey ends up being a 800-1000 cal workout and leaves me burned the day after. Heavily burned. As a sidenote would love some advice on how to recover faster.
My goal here is to adopt a hardcore healthy lifestyle long term not to get ripped to take pictures and put them on the forums but to do it right, stick with it and live longer.
I will be making a journal but I need help forming a decent program. My schedule is open except Thursday nights (hockey) I have access to a college gym and a health club.

Thanks in advance, Ill be checking back tomorrow and will post any answers to questions.

Do a simple split for ur training bro. One body part a day and I wouldn't worry about cardio since u play alot of hockey. The most important thing tho is to get ur diet in check. Eat clean and eat to grow bro. The guy in the pic isn't very ripped bro and pretty small. If u need any more help feel free to pm me bro. I'm here to help

Welcome to the Board... at 20%bf you need more concentration on your diet. Go to the Nutrition forum and repost your stats/goals along with a list of your typical day of meals.

thanks guys, got lots of PM's with helpful information too. Heading over to nutrition will respond to PM's tnite after work.

Failed to see the 20% bf. disregard me saying dont worry about cardio because of your hockey playing lol

Welcome aboard! Good job turning your life around. Level 80 isn't so impressive to those outside the circle.

For recovery, I would highly recommend Genomyx Protocol. It's great.Genomyx Protocol V2
