i had one of those moments

at the gym one day and i'ld give my left testicle to have had a camera and record this crazy old man that some how worked humping into every exercise. He did push ups but he just really humped the ground, not actual push up. then he stood up, took a medicine ball and basiclly humped that. i tried not to stair but i swear i thought it was a gag or prank show
