This is dead on for my gym too ahaha Night are way too packed. I go either 5am before work or 5 pm after lol. that's good. if you're focused on your own body and your own performance, you won't even notice those douche bags around you, but trust me, they will notice YOU and most likely will get motivated and inspired.If you watch any Branch Warren training videos you'll notice how he talks little to none to anyone during his workouts....That is a good approach and its what I try to do. Even when I see people I know in there, most of the time they know Im zoned out into my music and they wont even try to talk to me.

I love going 5 am , but the music sucks!! I can't train without my music in the am
5 pm, love the music! But it smells like dirty ass and very crowded!
